Is cynical to ask if payment of a £ 1,000-a-year Health surcharge While at a time limited residence permit caused the decision to continue the qualification period for “infinite leave to remain” from five to 10 years? After all, these surcharges contributed £ 1.7bn of British Health Departments in 2023-24 alone, according to a misleading research at the Commons Library house. Good little earnings.
