Signal says now updated Windows apps to prevent the system from getting screenshots, thus protect the content displayed.
The company says this new “Security Security” is enabled by default on Windows 11. The signal says this part of Microsoft’s privacy, been informed last year. Remembering takes the system screenshots to keep in mind all your activities, so you can scroll back in time to remember what you’re looking for.
While the company has stopped The Rollout of Feature last year after backlashMicrosoft has already begun in April by The Windows Preview Channel. Microsoft makes opt-in with Microsoft and adds a way to stop it at any time. Signal says that despite these changes, the content is also gained to be sensitive.
Signal says that if you try to get a screenshot with a new screen security setting done, you’ll only get a blank screen.
The company also warns that if the setting is activated, some functions, such as screen readers, may not work as intended. You can turn off setting Signal Settings> Privacy> Security Security.
The app will show you a warning if you try to disable this option, and you must click Confirm to complete the action. This is to prevent you from accidental repeating part while trying to adjust to other settings.
