Since today’s central section of light light rail red line close for about 14 weeks. While the work is made, the light rils operate in a shortened service format – from north between Giakov and from south of Central Bus Station and Hadassah Hospital Ein Keem. Light rils don’t work on nine stations between Givat Hamivtar Station and the bus station center. During a shortened service period, free shuttles buses between Givat Hamivtar and the Central Bus Station, serving in the city center and Jerusalem complex. The bus lines are more frequently from Neve Yaakov and Pisgat Zeev in town and from southwest Jerusalem to City Center. A frequent bike rental service will also work.
The green line
The green line is the second rail line operating in Jerusalem after the red line, starting with the northern scopus stations in the north, by Malha, the center of the city and the city center. The first part of the line will open next year, after many delays.
