I welcome the government’s decision to block Thames water from borrowing money to pay bosses bonuses (Report, 15 May), but it is a first step to resolve our water industry crisis – a crisis to get stronger if excess dry conditions continue.
It seems that the misdemeanor of our precious water is not enough, many companies do not hesitate to go into an unspoken debt or pay billions by the end of three decades. For each pound of your water bill, estimated 35 pence continued to debt or divide.
Our rivers and streams are full of channels and 3bn liters of water lost to thrice every single day. Private water companies failed to prepare for drought and dry weather, says the Climate Change Committee. This is a long time to end the terrible experiment with privatization and bring these public ownership companies.

how Thames Water Say that it’s about to have no money? Most US fees through direct debit and thames add bills to 46.8%. That is a more reliable influx of income than water from my taps. If customers can adjust their income as quickly and with little reason, no one will say they are hard.
