A new draft bill surrounded by the Ministry of Finance intends to deal with the concerned event of public tender and government-acquisition processes and government acquisition processes.
Under the proposed legislation, the accountant General Yali Rothenberg can conduct a mechanism that can “disqualify suppliers and prevent them from contracting public bodies.” A committee for examination of suppliers to operate, led by a senior accountant General Officer. The draft bill indicates areas available to it, where there are many important involvement in criminal elements: CORTRUCTURES AND INFRACTIONS; Security and guard services; management and management of the construction project and rehabilitation; transportation; treat treatment; and allocation of land.
If it comes to land, the law applies only to commercial deals and not buying individual private accommodations. Specifically, it is available in deals that make up more than four housing units, or an area of more than half a dunam (500 square meters), or have the amount of NIS 5 million.
A decision not to disqualify a supplier can be valid for three years.
The bill is part of a wider set of steps to prevent organized crime in Israel, with contractors with crucial conductors of crucial committment.
