If the legislation passes through the backset, any supplier seeking to contract with a public body should show consent from the financial ministry that proves no baracting with him. The supplier sub-contractors should also pass the same check. The check will be based on an opinion from the police, and the committee for the supplier’s examination will make the decision to make the opportunity to argue with his case.
