I read the death of the reporter’s guardian Duncan Campbell with sorrow. Duncan is a great help to me after my father’s death, the bank robber bobby king.
Bobby and Duncan became friends with Duncan’s research at London Criminal Underworld, and Bobby contributed to interviews for his books and series of television series. Then Duncan tried to help Bobby the straight and narrowed after his release from prison, given him a research paper for the next book.
After Bobby’s death in 2000, I met with Duncan. I want to write about the shock of discovery, as an adult, that my father is a more popular bank thief. Duncan is good, supported and helps to encourage me to write and take the resulting article published in Guardian.
We met with only one times, but his friendly manner and genuine interest in adoption and after it always stay with me. I remain grateful for this warm hearted person for his time and encouragement.
